Amnesty to US: Respect people’s human rights

yeah right no dictators in gaza only iranian / hezbola proxiy govt .. lol !

and stop fooling yourself if ever you will be back in US max 6 months .. also do you disagree people are fighting the dictators or mullah clergies and similar regimes in the third world countries ?

Government is Palestinian and most institutions don't have many Hamas members besides military. Gaza has things mostly based on civilian institutions and university students.

No I'm not disagreeing, but western nations support people for their own benefits, overthrown some elected governments and have installed many governments we see in power struggles today.

In the Gaza Strip yes they are in power, but everything is largely based off civilian institutions. For example, they have a council in the Islamic university of Gaza which is diversified with Fatah sympathizers, liberals, religious, Hamas sympathizers. All get a voice in this community unless you try altering our traditional history regarding our culture this will not go well and won't succeed since the vast majority are conservative anyways.

For example, look at Iran during the 1980's. British and the US tried getting things to go their way. Look when countries in the Middle East and Northern Africa gained independence they had leaders pretty much appointed by colonial powers at the time.

Blame west for what? Everybody's situation is different and for some things the west is to blame and for others we are. It's not one way or another.
