Amir Khan lifts light welterweight world title.



LAS VEGAS: British born Pakistani Boxer Amir Khan has lifted the light welterweight champion title by defeating Zab Judah, Geo News reported on Sunday. Geo Super telecast the event live.

Khan brutally knocked out Judah in the fifth round.

Talking to ‘Geo’ after the superb win, Amir said he was under pressure in the first round but become confident in the other rounds. Amir Khan said defeating Juda was his aim.

Amir’s father Sajjad Khan said his son lifted the world title with the prayers of the whole Pakistani nation.

Amir’s height was recorded at 5 ft 10 inches while Judah measured in at 5 ft 7.5 inches. Both recorded the same weight of 140 lbs.

They seem to have a bigger problem with why we like him so much :D Never mind that before each fight the media is always dissing Amir Khan as being a crappy boxer, but he ends up winning all the time.

Its sort of hard for the natives to appreciate him. They always tend to ***** about what Pakistani immigrants have given them... Here's one who has given them the world title!

Congrats to him and his family :) He is great boxer as lost only one game in all his boxing career.

He is not immigrants but british national and he is there on top position because of support, training and sponsorship of british peoples as well as his talent and hard work
