Senior provincial minister Muhammad Atif Khan has challenged the victory of ANP candidate Amir Haider Khan in the general election in Mardan.

He has filed a petition in the Peshawar High Court against his victory in NA-21 Mardan, where Amir Haider won by a very small margin.



He had also filed a petition against the ANP’s Himayatullah Mayar for insulting his honour. A notice has been sent to the ANP leaders in this regard.

The additional district judge in Islamabad has set the case hearing for September 24.

Atif khan is hungry for some big position like chief ministership or federal ministership. He didn't become c.m and lost the n.a seat to haider khan so now he needs to be MNA so he could be some federal minister

PTI candidate Atif lost by 50 votes. He was in race for CMship and didn't filled for recount, now he maybe trying to save this seat for his brother/mother or sister like Pencil Khattak.

Yeah 50 votes is very slim lead and as per law should be investigated. Well, he is the senior minister though I would have loved to see him as the CM of KPK.
I wish the NAB cases open against Pervaiz Khattak and he goes to the jail along with PMLn and PPP.
