Amid Lynchings In The Name Of Cow Protection, BJP And RSS Start Co-operative Society To Sell Beef In Kerala​

Amid the unabated lynchings in the name of cow protection, BJP once again showed that hypocrisy is what that drives one in the politics. While a slew of lynchings of people by self-proclaimed cow vigilantes has got a soft support from the saffron party and sub-groups working under its umbrella, Kerala BJP and RSS have joined hands to start a co-operative society to sell meat which includes bovine meat as well as fish, a Malayalam daily Deshabhimani reported on Tuesday.

The report says that the society has been formed at the perusal of BJP district President, A Nagesh, Secretary, TS Ullas Babu and BMS district secretary PV Subramanian. It will function in the sector of procuring meat and fish, its treatment and trade.

They have already started an office for the purpose near to Thiruvampady temple here in the city centre. The co-operative society is formed with A Nagesh as a chief promoter while many of the RSS and BJP leaders are in its administrative committee.

After Meghalaya and other North-East states, BJP has once again shown its hypocrisy and has worked against the line of cow-protection it’s known for on the national front.
