As per media report, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Zubair Mahmood Hayat and all three Service Chiefs called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad today.

I think its showing that the armed forces and the Prime minister are all on agreements (i.e military & civilian relation as one voice). It shows preparedness and kind of psychological warfare/methods to India and its other adversaries. It also indicates that the commander in chief is Imran Khan - good overall message that will open discussions of what all of the top brass are discussing with the PM.

This is not normal.. even in serious situation we see army cheif meeting with the PM or PM cheirs security comity the most..My personal take is that all cheif want to inform the seriousness of situation and take his approval for something big might happen..Its just a guess

Agreed. It's also a message to all fifth columnists within the country that PM IK and the Armed Forces are all one and will defeat any misadventure in shaa Allah.
