They oppose a ceasefire decided without advising to them, in nature of ceasefire it requires an agreement upon some terms and will of the both sides, that is the point of a ceasefire you can not enforce a ceasefire on your own and then break that ceasefire at your will, like Haftar has done once earlier.

The countries who have been deaf and blind during siege of Tripoli has no right to mumble a single word of this ceasefire came out definitely to save Haftar, the same countries however also silent and faintly speaking when ceasefire was spoken for siege of tripoli.
This is not a ceasefire, it is de facto decision made by forces supporting Haftar and countries entailing them. A ceasefire is made by decision of the both sides.
