Bureau report
PESHAWAR: The head of a private hospital here Thursday said that his car had struck by a vehicle belonging to US Consulate but its officials refused to repair the vehicle or pay him compensation.
Speaking at a news conference, Jehangir Raza said the incident took place on December 23 when he was driving on Railway Road in University Town area. He said a vehicle, bearing registration number LHX-7276 and belonging to the US Consulate, struck and damaged his car while his driver was slightly injured in the accident. He said the car was chased and its occupants promised payment of compensation to him. However, nobody contacted him despite waiting outside the US Club for two hours.
Jehangir Raza said he went to the Town Police Station to lodge an FIR. However, the police officer instead of filing the report contacted the security officer of the US Consulate. However, the security officer advised him not to register the case.
He said the police officer then registered a case against unknown people despite the fact that the vehicle number was also provided to him. He asked the provincial government, president and the prime minister to help provide him justice.

These American thugs think they can bully the people of Pakistan. Well, just wait till the bubble bursts. Just a matter of time before the Pakistani people take matters into their own hands.
