Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif’s Bang Bang is not just smashing box office records in India, it has created a new history in Pakistan. Bang Bang collected 76.85 lacs on day one in Pakistan to become the highest grossing film in the country’s box office history. Salman Khan’s Kick had crossed the Rs 200 crore mark, but what made great news was that Kick had broken records even in our neighbouring state Pakistan. And now HR-Kat’s action comedy film has shattered even that.
In Pakistan Kick created history by becoming the first film to earn more than 20 million on the first day. The film collected Rs 20.08 million on the first day in Pakistan, which beat the previous records set by Dhoom:3, which grossed 19 million on the first day. The highest that any Pakistani film grossed was by Waar, which grossed 11.4 million on the opening day.
