I'm not sure if this is better at all. Not being able to properly man a SAM system (not even counting the Idiocracy of not placing them properly on the battlefield) is kind of better then using mercs to fail at the same job.

I mean, it's getting more absurd by the minute.

I suppose when you're handed gifts from other people and have never fought for anything but money and power you don't understand the value of things.

Just hand them over to anyone that happens to be in the area. Who cares if they're bombed, new ones will come.
