Afghanistan to send 1st Indian cargo via Chabahar next month

Funny you should ask. :partay:
The airline in question
is SpiceJet whose owner Ajay Singh is cozy with BJP and Modi hence Pakistan is showering him some love. :partay:
Times of ISI is unbeleivable and TOLO is just repeating what Times of ISI says.
I say this because overflights are governed by international treaties ( ICAO ) that both Islamabad and Delhi are party to. This is why Pakistani airlines overfly India and visa versa. There are also bilateral agreements. PIA operates flights from Lahore to Delhi though no Indian airline flies to Pakistan as there is no demand. There are 12 weekly slots to be used by Indian and Pakistani airlines to land in each others country. All these slots are used by PIA as there is NO DEMAND for any Indian travelling to Pakistan.

TEHRAN, Jan. 28 (MNA) – The first export cargo from Afghanistan to India will be shipped through Iran's Chabahar port within the next month using the international customs transit system (TIR system).

According to Marine Link, Husne Mubarak Azizi, head of foreign affairs and Ministry of Transport of Afghanistan said that the country is preparing to ship the first cargo of five containers through Chabahar Port to India, which will take place within a month or less.

According to the report, the cargo is mung beans and each container will weigh about 22 tons. The delivery of these five containers will be carried out under the TIR system, which cuts border waiting times significantly, saving time and money.

Iran, India and Afghanistan signed a trilateral agreement on the development of Chabahar Port in Tehran in May 2016 to establish a strategic transit and transport route connecting the three countries. The agreement aims at developing the southern Iran port into a regional trade hub. India began commercial activity at Chabahar on January 8th.
