As far as you are saying, catering to a few million Afghans anti-Pakistani and catering to 1.2 billion Indians aka 1200 million by just a small 110 million Punjabis/Sindis is nearly a virtually most unrealistic task, and infact even 210 million full population Pakistanis can not match the 1200 million Indians with a ratio of 1:12, but yet they are giving the toughest task and defeating the Indians at will. India is scared of Pakistan as of today.

It has to be united we stand, divided we fall because we are really in small number compared to the surrounding enemies.
