Afghanistan scholarship students involved in drugs trade

In recent years Pakistan have encouraged Afghanistan students by giving them scholarships to study in Pakistani universities.
Recently through personal resources i found a story that is being hidden by a university.
Comsats Abbotabad like others gave scholarship to afghan students and one section is dedicated for them. There were aghan girls and boys studying.
Upon information and catching culprits, COMSATS found out ice (methamphetamine) being widely sold and used by students. Upon further investigation they found two Afghanistan scholarship girls involved in selling and spreading ice. These girls befriended rich guys and introduced them to ice. They would then also provide it to them and other students.
The astonishing fact is how these girls got hands on such a drug? There is strong suspicion that NDS agents provide these pre trained girls the drugs to sell it and spread it in Pakistan. These students are filled with NDS and RAW trained young operatives, and their main mission is to destroy Pakistan youth with drugs. We all know how dangerous and life destroying ice is.
COMSATS vary of its reputation have kept a very tight lid on this. I tried contacting ppl but as u know no one cares for Pakistan or its future.
I request if anyone have sources, they should inform security agencies as this is for them to handle. They should grind comsats and take into custody those students so to reveal their network and pressure govt to stop giving them scholarships. They are waging every type of war against us.

It is the failure of the state. I won't blame Afghans rather our state for its incompetence and corruption. Why do they not check who they award such scholarships and why do they not keep an eye on them?

I got info frm someone who works there n heard stuff.. even some officials of local administration were involved but i guess its just kept under carpet. Local administration and local money making institutions usually have good relations.
