According to IAEA the Iran still follow the rules of the nuclear deal from 2015.

Regardless the claim of Iran to partly ignore the nuclear deal rules the IAEA pointed out that till today the Iran has followed the rules of the deal.
That makes the european happy because they still accept the nuclear deal.
According to IAEA which started controlling Iran nuclear programs since early 2016, the Iran never violate the limits of the nuclear deal.
One more reasons for the europeans to ignore US sanctions against Iran.
