Chinese-made A-300 MLRS Multiple Launch Rocket System uses a combination of inertial measuring unit and GPS guidance.

According Chinese military, the A300 is a two-stage artillery rocket designed based on the current A200 hybrid rocket system. China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation has extended the attack range of the A300 to 290 kilometers from the A200's 200 kilometers.

It has a larger engine which can boost an unpowered second stage with vanes for lift and control fins directed by an inertial measuring unit-navigation satellite guidance system.

The A300 rocket is able to carry a 150 kg warhead. It has a maximum range of 300 km, a 30 to 45 meters circular error probable (CEP) and can engage eight targets in a 20 km by 20 km area.

The A300 uses a combination of inertial measuring unit and GPS guidance that gives the former a CEP of 30 m and the latter a CEP of 30 m when using a unitary warhead and 45 m with a "shaped-charge fragmentation cluster" warhead.

In case of export limitation for range, Bangladesh can enter a joint development program with China (as a proxy) and get the system. This is the deterrence Bangladesh immediately needs instead of tanks even those useless trainer aircraft.

Here is a general who is a one man army at a defence forum.

True, we do need to acquire effective MLRS in light of the dangerous geopolitics to unfold in near future. Local manufacturing should be a priority which could gradually be elevated to build indigenous ballistic missiles.

Who will manufacture these locally? Government company or private company?

He will do "eid er pore andolon" and bring the current regime down.

We should acquire a few first. Then see if we can build them locally. Which would be a lengthy process even if we can.

Bangladesh already produces 122mm Rockets for a long time now, in very small numbers. Though we never had a full fledged MLRS regiments, BA never stopped training on them.

With the Artillery Upgrade Program for BA,it will see a great leap in capabilities & kind of artillery systems. And long Range MLRS will be inducted in near future. It's already official now.

Why not..I mean they are as capable as others..And where there's a will there's a way,..
Your sheer hatred make them stronger..
Good luck to BD brothers ..

The first attack of BD missile will be you dude. Don't get BD by the looks of few razakars like idune here. lol

.
YOUR Army will be sitting duck and even this MRL CAN'T save you if you don't have a massive Air Force. What you really need is a massive Air Force

. . .
BD will have 160 4+/5 GEN FIGHTERS BY 2030.
It should be around 250 but at least much better than the current number. You need to act and think like Israel I am shocked I am giving this example but both of your neighbors are your enemies and are much bigger than you so you need to be bigger in size and quality also.

Myanmar is no real threat. India is the only danger.

BD does not think it needs more than 160 Fighter Planes to deter India.
Remember BD is going for hi-tech planes and so lesser numbers will suffice.

India will not have low tech jets by 2030 they will have also high tech things so 160 is not good but a great start. In fact 250 should be the minimum size along with a strategic contract with China and Pakistan to help you in case of issue with India.
