A US Military plane Lands in Islamabad carrying US soldiers and will stay for few days in Hotel.

Very good question … why transit in Pakistan and not in Dubai which is perceived more safer place?

Also, is this US uniform?

Doesn’t look like US BDUs. But the reason to transit Pakistan is probably the simplest; to rapidly get people out of Kabul and fly back to forth to get more people and as much stuff as possible.

I hope and pray that every guest remain safe during their transit time in Pakistan … a big responsibility is taken by Pakistan no doubt.

Islamabad will need to be tightly guarded, and movement restricted. Hope the transit is short and quick. BTW, why can’t these troops be housed at the airport as they were in Kabul?

Absolute shitshow by Pakistani establishment, opening legs at first request!

What did you get in return? Removal from FATF? Any trade deal? Any facilitation of Pakistani citizens travelling abroad? Anything to show for?

Or some high up filling up own pockets at the expense of national interests?

At the very least, Pakistan is dealing with as many refugees as Turkey and Turkey got better political and financial relations with Europe as part of its 2015 deal with them as well as visa free travel for its citizens to Europe. Pakistani people need to know what they are risking their safety for.

At least they'll not stay here in Pakistan forever unlike the Afg refugees 😂
3 million Afg ppl are staying in Pakistan from last 3 decades, I guess 30k US soldiers staying in Pakistan for 3 weeks will not hurt 🤪

Even if they stay here then make sure to setup business in Pakistan & bring investment to Pakistan from US 😂

A special aircraft transported the Nato troops to Islamabad from Kabul, sources said. The foreign troops left Islamabad for Belgium after a brief stay in the capital, the insiders said, adding that withdrawal of Nato troops from Afghanistan is in full swing.
