When i read up on the nuclear first use policies on wikipedia, i read that China has as recently as 2011 re-confirmed that they have a no-first-use policy.

The US however, does not. Not in the case of a conventional attack on their homeland, OR on their allies.

So i recommend against sinking a US carrier that is involved in the defense of Taiwain.

Conclusion- H-6K is a few generation ahead of old Tu-16 with higher payload, greater speed and range compare to old one. The modern avionics can fry enemy missile or jam their signal badly due to the enormous ECM house onboard. It can launch multi precision strike against to ship, ground and target multiple targets.
