Either your USB Jack has power supply issues/loose or the usb pod of mouse is malfunctioning.

Try debugging by installing a different USB in the same port or connecting the pod to different port and then getting any such issues.

first try to disable usb from device management to see if its driver issue if it doesnt work then its a hardware issue as described by @StormBreaker

faulty usb port or as previous member mentioned loose wire in mouse iski tharr loose hu gi.
best option pikup laptop throw it at bajwa for sabotage.

Clean out the connector on your mouse. Dirt might have gotten into it.

1. try in different usb port.
2. if same issue in all ports , problem with mouse. Check battery of mouse, low chance though.
3. if battery ok. uninstall mouse and restart . Reinstall.
4. Also be more productive in what you type.
