I have previously read that RAW had assisted anti-apartheid struggles, looking after and monitoring Indian diaspora in Africa and often training African intelligence agencies. Some have alleged that India uses its centers at Africa along with Mossad to fuel anti-Pakistan Operations, especially to ship ammunition.

For Mossad : It's actually a good thing. They (Mossad) would deny it. But these terrorist organisations with a unique kind of brutality (shown live on every inter. channel) further helps to degrade the Image of Islam. They can then link it with extremist organisations like Hamas & portray them as "pure evil Islamic organisation" which needs to be destroyed.

For RAW: Inconsequential at-least for now.

RAW maintains very very low profile. not much is known about its operations. even most of the Indians dont know about its existence. i dont know how they recruit their agents and officers.
