A protest Pakistan wants to hide from the world

So, we should wear blindfolds to make you happy. The world doesn't belong to you, mate. Go take a hike.

the whole analogy was Saddam and Stalin saw ghosts where they did not exist. your army has the same problem.
the only saving grace is the Pakistani army is more civilized. they do not have the balls to do what Stalin and Saddam did.

Aren't there still military restrictions on journalism in FATA and Baluchistan? It's not much of a story when news from these areas has to come from ISPR in Islamabad.

More on PTM suppression here: link
The dramatic reduction in terrorism in Pakistan has been recorded by independent organizations, Pakistani and non-Pakistani. Imran Khan's rise to power (as a Pashtun PM and the appointment of Pashtun's to key government positions) and his commitment to development and ending corruption is public knowledge, as is the passage of legislation to mainstream FATA and merge it into KP. Again, why is this not the bigger story?

if this PTM was a minor group you would not see a heavy handed response from authorities
there seems to be fear and paranoia
Seriously? Have you really followed protests in Pakistan? The majority of protests (not conducted by a ruling party) tend to have a heavy handed police response. People get arrested and die. What's happening with the PTM (in terms of law enforcement response) is nothing out of the ordinary, unfortunately.

The only difference here is that the media, foreign especially, seems to think that even a mosquito biting a PTM member is some sort of 'military conspiracy against the PTM'.

I will take your word for it except none of the protests by hardline Islamic groups get touched
I can show pictures of protests supporting Blaspehmy, Taliban with no one laying a glove on the protestors.

I agree with you - the religious extremists tend to get a free pass, but with the TLP leadership getting arrested after their recent violent protests (and hopefully successfully prosecuted and jailed) that will change as well.

And any mention of the PTM completely vanished from the television screens.

That's because they are so small they are hardly relevant anymore. Anyway if the authorities really wanted to stop the movement why is their leader still hoping up and down Pakistan organising protests?

We all know where this PTM BS originated from.

This PTM one man show will completely die down once we show Afghans the exit door in Pakistan.

The Western media is in sour mode with regards to Pakistan. They cannot digest the fact that Pakistan was able to survive the US/NATO onslaught for the past 18 years. They ganged up on our borders and tried their level best to sow anarchy and bloodshed. They succeeded in sowing terror, but severely underestimated Pakistan’s resolve to fight back. Remember their generals taunting and predicting the end of Pakistan every other day? Today they are eating their words and begging for a PTM intervention. They beg Pakistan to bring the Taliban to the table, but their duplicity doesn’t end. Pak army did the right thing. We fought our own war and we did it on our own terms. We went on to build bridges with friendly neighboring countries and our enemies are fuming with anger. Our enemies question every positive development taking place in our country and they have been left red faced.
