The truth is the overall security of the region has Immensely improved all due to Pakistans AT-Operation Zarb-e-azb,analysts even call Pakistan to be terrorism free by 2018 completely.
Moreso,for his useless rant the breakdown of this billions is USAID which is a humanitarian Organization rest of this so called billions is military AID that the US gives Pakistan for Intelligence sharing ,and supply distribution to ISAF forces in AFG It does so around the globe through USAID and military aid.
Nothing of this billions is hidden from anyone.
