Saudi Arabia and Qatar can afford high end fighter jets. There would be too much pressure against selling to Iran(from USA/Western European nations and GCC).

Nigeria already bought 3...there may be a follow on order, though it's hard to say bcuz corruption is rampant and not enough funds may be available to them...same goes for Sudan.

iran=you are kidding me right
srilanka=indian pressure
morocco= complicated relation ship, they prefer f-16, we have algeria issue
turkey=why would they need jf-17
