Yes CCTV these days are pretty much every where in Pakistan. At least in major cities and this video is from Lahore.

They aren't trained like they should be coz the large chunk of money provided to police dept. gets exhausted in maintaining the colonial c.s.p status of higher up noobs with lil to no field experience
