it does not depend on years , it depends on the people. If the people are sincere to country,,,Germany rose twice in just few years after being completely devestated in 1st world war and then the 2nd. Japan is another story...

Not really true, sure Germany was defeated militarily but their economy wasn't ever in the slump. In 1870's they had a GDP of comparable 200 Billion$. In 1950 Germany GDP/capita was 4.3k $ nominal. West has always been ahead, so was Japan, but China is the only exception and an anomaly that lifted its people out of poverty. Remember in Mao era people 40-50 were dying because of famine and hunger.

there was no manpower in germany after first world war and after 2nd world war there was no economy, hell there was no country, it was a complete annahilation. i think my example is still valid

It require lots of money/time and most of all a stable/competent government committed to the advancement of country by implementing all steps which are necessary to make the country developed and prosper. Every citizen would need to play their part as well

It require lots of money

It only requires dedication, discipline, education and above all unsatisfying hunger of doing betterment of the country without thinking of personal gains.
