Some useful Info....

Been reported IAF have started a 5th flanker squadron LABLED NO 31 squadron...

IF correct then IAF Must be close to 100 flankers by now.

With 2 more squadrons arriving direct from RUSSIA in 2009 & 2010 (ie 20 each year) IAF hopes to have 12 squaDrons in place by 2014.

Currently india have been inducting 10 PLANES a year from bangalore since 2005.
