5th generation Aircraft fight for PAF ?

With India planning to Induct Rafael by September 2019 into IAF and Lockhead martin might also agree for a technology transfer with India to help them develop 5th Generation Aircraft.

What’s Pakistan doing to balance the race in the air superiority? India already has Su-30 MKI which is 4+ Generation aircraft.

What happened to Pakistan getting 40+ J-31 or J-10 from China as China is not willing to offer J-20 and PLAAF will be the sole operator for this aircraft, beside it’s very expensive.

Can we go into another technology transfer venture with China to Build J-31/FC-31 in Pakistan like JF-17 ?

There is no information available about Project Azm or about it's progress rate, shouldn't we get J-31 by the end of this year since India is already upping the ante ?

J-31 is just a tech demonstrator for now, only two copies exist, how will you get something like that in operations or in inventory by the end of year ? It needs $ influx to make the project grow unless PLAAF / PLAN selects it and project gets going.

Stop panicking, it will take India few years to get Rafale operational, PAF likely will start to receive JF-17-IIIs by then.

J31 is not built yet. Was supposed to be ready by 2019 but has been moved to 2025 or even 2030. Only 2 prototypes are made.
Pakistan will use f16 block 52 against Rafael and jf17 block 3 with AESA should be inducted by 2022. These 2 birds should be able to counter Indian airforce

Dear fellow project AZM is not only focus 5th gen planes but much more.Depending current world situation do u think we will get 5th gen without any objections and if we minus that for a minute, how we gonna afford it if you know the cost per plane?Prayers to those who dare to dream and have vision for future and trying their best to achieve it.Already 4 threads going in forum check it u will get lots of useful info
