They are perfect as they only need to be engineered once and just built over and over again. • Control media since it's the mouth of Satan: break the big media businesses into small pieces. Take the ownership away from the scum owners, who are basically agents of CIA/MOSAD etc. Sell the media houses to the patriotic businessmen with good skills, acumen etc.
• Control big businesses: Most of the big businesses earn money through illegal means. Most of them don't pay proper taxes, corrupt the officials and politicians, don't spend in R&D, always deceive the employees, customers etc., just do assemblies under license, lauder money, can't export, default on huge bank loans etc. Take the businesses away from them, and sell them to the right folks who can make change by improving the quality of the products and export.
• Control civil and military bureaucracies: These are dens of the Western Imperialists. Cleanse them of the traitor terrorist agents. It's a 24/7 job.
• Control your Merhamet: Show as much Jelalet as possible to the traitors. The higher they're in the social, economic, power etc. ladder the more should be your wrath for they are more capable to do more harm at the behest of their foreign masters. Try to be like Hazret-i Umar (RA) in this regard.
• Develop own military industrial complexes with friendly allies.

Affordable housing is a very serious issue in Pakistan. I am happy that IK has this on his priority list. This will solve two problems, shortage of affordable housing as well as generating employment for millions of people associated with construction and related industry. Good for employment as well as economy.

Not just that...if executed correctly, this program can help provide housing for all the ppl of Pak...as in no one would have to be homeless.

Singapore had this huge housing problem at one point and their government stepped up and it turned out to be a great success.

ISLAMABAD: A huge demand for registration form for the newly launched Naya Pakistan Housing Program Thursday brought to a grinding halt the website of Nadra, after it got an overwhelming response from 0.2 million users from 174 countries, but was restored within no time.

According to National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) spokesman the website experienced around 10,000 hits a second, causing it to slow down, however it was restored by its IT Staff, who did not anticipate the heavy response. In the first hour over 62,000 forms were downloaded from the website.

Prime Minister Imran Khan announced launch of the program a day earlier and vowed to meet the housing shortage of the country by building five million houses in five years. He said the program would not only provide affordable shelter, but also ensure that the residents get all modern basic facilities of life.

The form available on the Nadra website has been designed to collect data from the applicants and seeks their requirement, price range and location of the house and the number of people who were expected to live in the house. Preference would be given to those who do not have any independent residence in Pakistan and only one person in a family is eligible to apply. An amount of Rs 250 will be deposited with every form, and a copy is also acceptable.

The forms can be submitted from October 22 to December 21 at the District offices of the housing program at Sukkur, Quetta, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Islamabad and Faisalabad.

The applicants will have to give details of their profession, whether they live currently in joint family, rental, slum, or some other residence. They will also have to show their income bracket; less than Rs 20,000, upto 40,000, 60,000 and 100,000. It also asks for preferred monthly installments upto Rs 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000.

What some idiots here are completely oivious to is that housing market drives the economy like no other sector does. West went in to recession in 2007 due to issue with housing lending. 40% of China's GDP is from the housing sector, with plenty of ghost cities laying empty!

Pakistan Government owns the land so a big chunk of build cost is not paid by the builder or the poor. Land is basically nearly free.

Look at any build in Pakistan, land costs more than the construction.

This is a fantastic program. Build plenty of single story 3 bedroom houses without unnecessarily deep foundations. Malaysia built large colonies / towns just like that, streets upon streets of ditto houses for the poor and lower middle class to move to.
