Recent events in Pakistan have been nothing short of tragic and heartbreaking. The brutal killings of 47 Pakistanis protesters place during a demonstration against retired General Asim Munier and General Anjam. What is even more shocking is that these innocent people were shot in the head and chest, indicating a clear disregard for their human rights and basic dignity.

The fact that these killings occurred during a peaceful protest - a fundamental right in any democratic society - is a tragedy that cannot be ignored. Interior Minister Rana Sana Ulla Psychopath maraym , Shabaz shrif, along with the generals, must be held accountable for their actions. It is unacceptable for those in positions of power to use violence against their own citizens so brutally.

The fact that the victims were shot in the head and chest demonstrates a deliberate and cruel intention to harm them rather than using non-lethal means to disperse the crowds. This kind of brutality only creates further tension and animosity between the government and its citizens and will haunt the officials responsible for years to come.

In contrast, we have recently seen peaceful anti-government protests in France, where authorities managed to handle the situation with tolerance and respect for the protesters' rights.

As a society, we must stand up and demand justice.victims of this heinous act. It is not enough to simply condemn the violence - we must take action to prevent such atrocities from happening again. This means holding those responsible accountable, but also addressing the underlying issues that led to this tragedy.

The right to peaceful protest is a crucial component of a functioning democracy, and it is up to all of us to protect it. Let us honor those who lost their lives in this senseless act of violence by committing ourselves to creating a society where the basic human rights of all citizens are respected and protected.

@Signalian , will the respective Corps Commanders of these areas also be sacked, like CC Lahore, for not hosting a banquet for the protestors (per your suggestion), or will their gallantry and discipline be rewarded?

Why shouldn’t DG Rangers get sacked too ?

How about IG/DIGs of Islamabad police and Lahore police ?

Will they they get awarded for gallantry and discipline ?

You mean killing their own civilians was right thing to do
Military and politicians are killing civilians since Long time. Why so serious now? Were they not civilians as well ?

Horrendous, they are the people of Pakistan, they were the awam you talked about.

The people who are the center of gravity.

Engaging in acts of burning and destroying property is against the law, and those who participate in such activities should face appropriate consequences as per the legal system. These actions are considered unlawful and can result in penalties or punishments. It is important to respect the rights of others and find peaceful ways to address concerns or grievances.

Instead of resorting to destructive behavior, I encourage you to find lawful and peaceful means to express your concerns or address any issues.

Loss of life is a deeply saddening and unfortunate event.

It should have been 470 as far as I am concerned. Destroying government property is not the way you protest even in the most liberal democracies. The protests were hijacked by goon and thugs from the get go, theft and arson is evidenced even in the various videos circulating on Twitter.

The generals have destroyed Pakistan & will not rest till they destroy what remains of the country. Since the attack and probable assassination of Fatima Jinnah, the generals have been Pakistan’s curse.

Unfortunate to see the country go down the drains. My respect to all Pakistanis who stand up against these corrupt and criminal generals.

The situation in Pakistan seems to be reaching a boiling point, as reports surface that over 7000 members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party are under illegal custody of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) government and army, under the command of Generals Asim Munier and Anjam. The apprehension of Imran Riaz Khan, one of Pakistan's most prominent journalists, and the fact that his whereabouts are unknown, is adding fuel to an already volatile situation.

The brutality faced by Pakistani citizens is reminiscent of the 1971 war against East Pakistan. The numbers are staggering; 47 innocent Pakistanis have already lost their lives at the hands of the army and PDM government. It is an alarming situation that demands the attention of the international community.

Unfortunately, the response from international community has been lackluster, with only a few countries expressing concern and calling for the release of the PTI party members and Imran Riaz Khan. The United Nations has yet to issue a statement on the matter.

The situation has sparked nationwide protests, with citizens demanding the release of the PTI party members and Imran Riaz Khan, as well as an end to the brutal crackdown by the army and PDM government. The protests have turned violent, with clashes between protestors and security forces resulting in further casualties.

Under these circumstances, it is imperative for the international community to take immediate action to prevent further loss of innocent lives and human rights violations. The United Nations must step in, conduct an impartial investigation, and hold those responsible for these atrocities accountable. All citizens, regardless of their political affiliation, deserve the right to safety, security, and freedom of expression.
