n Gilgit Baltistan‚ under public sector development programmes four hydro power schemes of sixty megawatt capacity are being constructed at a cost of more than 7267 million rupees.
In an interview to our Gilgit correspondent on Friday‚ the Secretary water and power Ghulam Mehdi said that the ongoing projects would be completed by the end of 2015. Responding to a question‚ he said that about 150 million rupees have been spent on these schemes.
