These are illegal economic migrants from Bangladesh who mostly came during 1980s and 1990s .... most of them has got NIC illegally, other than this they also have option to get resisted with National Alien Registration Authority NARA-(now merged with NADRA) this will give almost the same rights as any Pakistani like, right of education, jobs and business but they don't get themselves register as Alien ....
