as for some Innovation Super Power locate in South Asia that love to invest in R&D, their new generation space lift system Mr. MK3 have no new generation rocket engine, still Vikas, Vikas and Vikas, a hypergolic fuel engine, what they are doing is just install 2 Vikas on the first stage, which is such a majestic achievement for them because for the first time they can install more than one engine on a rocket stage .. also.. they seems arnt interest in really work out their upper stage, to me, they just skip it, they dont wait MK1 MK2 being mature enough, problem are all gone, just rush to their MK3, they are very likely still rely on foreign GTO launch service for a long period.
