As much as 19 people were burnt to death after a fire broke out at a factory, situated in east China, local authorities said on Monday.
The fire was erupted at a factory in Ninghai county, eastern Zhejiang province, said the local government on its official Twitter-like Weibo account.
A deadly incident hit the country's industrial sector and claimed at least 19 precious lives.
According to Ninghai authorities, among eight people were rescued from the fire, three others wounded were moved to hospital for medical treatment.
The explosion incident, which is under investigation, took place at a facility owned by the Ruiqi Daily Necessities Company.
Industrial-related accidents are not new in China, where safety regulations are often poorly enforced.
Earlier, in the month of March, 78 people were died and hundred others were injured after an explosion at a chemical plant in eastern Jiangsu province.
Another fire incident occurred in July at a gas plant in central China, claimed 15 lives.
