17 year war: Is US evacuating from Afghanistan?

For a little moment we saw a flicker of hope.
But no this is not going to solve soon .
They are going to kill taliban now because they are too addicted to this power and free money.
And taliban would kill them and so the cycle goes on. The afghan government would do everything and make the Americans stay.

But if trump stays, he is bound to make some sudden move. He is giving the money to Afghans because he is very desperate and wants to remove it as soon as possible..
Afghans have a chance to sort themselves before preisident trump suddenly leaves.
But no. They would see another civil unrest when Americans leave.
The only way peace is achieved is when Americans leave, the rest would kill each other and those who survive may form a country.

Afghans are in bed with the Indians. They receive much of the dictation from New Delhi. Ghani also has an ego problem. He is basically a light version of Karzai.

Afghanistan is going nowhere. The Americans are tired, but will be dragged into this never ending war by their ally India.

PTI and Pak armed forces did the absolute right thing by facilitating the talks. They have fulfilled their responsibility. The Americans cannot point fingers after this. It is still too early to say what the outcome will be, but the first signs are promising. The real litmus test for the US will be to tame their allies Afghanistan and India. As long as we have two spoilers in the house there cannot be a solution to the Afghan conflict. The Americans are in a very tough position to dictate to their Afghan and Indian demons to respect the outcome of the talks.

Don't understand the hype, US still have 7k troops its was 8500 in early 2018, meanwhile other NATO countries have also increased the no. of troops.

Rather i believe pak has finally give in to US demands.

Problem is that,there is a talk in air about sudden withdrawl in no time.
That would be worrisome sitution for Pakistan,because only binding force in Afghanistan is US,once it leaves we would be in trouble.
