LARKANA: In a crackdown against hoarders, the Sindh Food Authority has recovered 15,000 bags of wheat from a rice mill in Larkana, ARY News reported.
Taking action on a tip-off, a team of the provincial food authority conducted raid at a rice mill situated alongside Miro Khan road in Larkana and recovered wheat bags worth Rs52.5 million. The wheat hoarded at the mill was later dispatched to the food department’s procurement centre.

ohh bhai jan storage is not an issue wheat bags should eb kept in shelter be its rice mill or cotton factory . in our area all the year people use cotton factories and rice mill sfor storing things nothing wrong in it .an yes more then one people can store something . few weeks ago they have raid in our area and make it media drama same like this at the end it was legal wheat for a floor mill . keeping and stoing wheat is not a crime hiding from authrties is crime . when they raid poor security guards are there so they can say whatever . 9 maan wali alag bakwaas hai her ghar main yahan 15-20 -30 -40 maan bhi rakhy hain . we grow wheat its our wheat we store or burn it not the problem of state .

Most of the people store wheat for their own use saray government ka centers par baichtay. Store ki jati takay jab price ziada hogi to baichain ga. 15000 bags ki kisi na ghar rotian to nhi pakani zakheera andozi hi ha.
agly ke pass 5 floor mills hoon or us ne store ker rakhi hai gov ke permission se tab ? same happen in my area that is why i aware of . most of these raids are fake sir .

hoarding can be illegal and it is definitely illegal if used for the purpose of price fixing. There's no permit for price fixing and holding back essential supplies
