The FSA /ISIL want to use the Palestinian card to garner sympathy in the region for their terrorist cause.
But all food convoys and supplies that were meant for the Palestinian Yarmouk residents were taken by the greedy selfish FSA that dont give a damn about Palestinians.
Many Palestinians in Yarmouk have come out and said that FSA is using them as human shield.

If FSA want to fight and defeat Assad, then why do they go to cities like Yarmouk and hide behind population?

F$A are coward terrorists thus, they need to hide among the people and in the cities, this way they can terrorize the population, kill them, and also gain international sympathy of those who died because of them but blaming the government....
when the Aid came into Yarmouk camp, F$A terrorists stole it from the people, thus people are starving, even if one hundred aid truck goes in daily, the people there will starve because of F$A terrorists just as the Palestinian cabinet member (minister)... however many are going to ignore the facts simply because it doesn't fit their agenda...
