to PPPP credit, in 2012 the govt was almost bankrupt..

PPPP could have easily done what PMLN did, give 20% RR and setup multiple large LNG plants(vs 12% under 2002 policy, and 7% if govt takes loans and built it by themselves) solve the power crisis and give you a circular debt crisis...but they didnt and God bless them for it

thus i would take PPPP govt any day on PMLN govt
PPPP did played a good role in thar plants(sino-sindh JV) & approved tarbela IV funding...some affordable power is better then massive unaffordable power with capacity payments
