you can use the flight deck on TCG Anadolu , you don't need catapult launching and parachute landing abilities catapult launching and parachute landing UAV can be use on smaller ship that don't have flight deck , maybe VTOL UAV will be a better option

8 km range is not a problem , you are already have land launched missile with range of 8 km CIRIT

you can use UMTAS on land launcher , dedicated anti tank vehicle must have the ability to detect and destroy tanks from long range ( more than the range of tanks detecting and targeting ) so it's make more sense to use UMTAS

where you can store the missiles in that vehicle ?

we need to see ANKA armed with some missiles ....

dedicated anti-tank vehicles should carry high number of missiles ( 12-16 missiles ) , long rang ( 8-12km) and automated reload system ... that's what I called dedicated anti-tank vehicle

why you need a special anti-tank vehicle ? why not just armed IFV's and other armored vehicles with anti-tank missiles ?
