I think the discussion should be limited to technical points only. There is no need, especially by the Pakistani members to question India's technical capabilities. AS FAR AS OUR SCIENTISTS ARE CONCERNED, WE ARE PROUD OF THEM. RARE FAILURES ARE NOT GOING TO HARM THEIR PLACE.
