They (USA) are not going to approve the sale to Pak, until India decides on the Fighter deal. If India leans towards F-16, surely they will want the US to not sell AESA radar upgrades to Pak air force.

I disagree with the premise that "America uses other countries and then leaves them to their fate". The US has always spent large sums of money on its friends. I am sure Pak gets billions of $ in grants, loans, aid, arms, etc. One thing though, there is no mention of RAW in the US press. So...
