Well I wouldn't say no to that if 2 conditions are met.
1. Price is right.
2. When China's 004 and 005 carriers are in service and the Kuznetsov type (001, 002) starts being retired around 2030's.
MIC 2025 is steadily on track. Remember, the goal was to provide 30% of chips needed for China's own consumption. China will hit that target probably by early next year. Majority of the market is still using 45nm to 28nm nodes, so pricing competitors out of those market should a a top priority...
