Last I heard ( about 2/3 years ago ) SSN was also secretly in development but nothing official/unofficial or even rumour about it. In theory we should be able to build SSN with the help of SSBN & and Russian SSN in hand but thats a theory nothing more

On contrary , the reactors will be fastest part of the project for obvious reason. More time will be needed for construction. It is said that more powerful design is being made for next series of SSBNs which will be bigger than Arihant class

Construction is said to be complete unofficially but the reactor will take some time and my guess is it will take minimum one year. First one took about 20 months. Unofficially 3 reactors are ready.
