    Salam If that foundation course is equivelant to F.A/F.S.C then you are eligible to apply for PMA Long course with minimum 60% Marks. Equivelance Certificate is also required on registration at AS&RC center. you can get that certificate of Equivelance from IBCC ISLAMABAD & LAHORE
