Supreme Court rejects pleas against Hafiz Saeed's release

Pakistan has no intention whatsoever to punish the masterminds of 26/11 or any other terrorist attack on India. It has used the terrorists to wage a proxy war against India. It would be foolish to think that Pakistan would suddenly have a change of heart and begin to crack down on the likes of...

Israel Hijacks Aid cargo, executes hostages - Pak journo, Talat Hussain taken hostage

I am sorry, but Israel goes too far, too often. Everybody bends and breaks the law but Israel shows open contempt for it. First the pounding of defenceless Gaza civilians, then the blockade, then the Mabhouh killing in Dubai using forged passports of its allies and now this. To me, it seems like...

Canada denies visa to Lt Gen (Retd) A S Bahia , again cites war crimes act.

Ignore this troll - every pore of his mind is filled with venom for India. Not to mention the allergy to reality. Time to move on, guys. My ignore list just became populated.

Canada denies visa to Lt Gen (Retd) A S Bahia , again cites war crimes act.

It will not satisfy you, but here are two links debunking you. They are from a Canadian newspaper. If this isn't an apology, then what you deem an apology will be rendered only by a weak country to a powerful country and that too only when under extreme duress. Canada is a friend of India, not a...

Are the reasons for that technical or geo-political?

Lockheed Martin / Northrop Grumman briefing on F-16IN Super Viper AESA radar

I know about the reasons for it. If India aspires to a great power status, then a blue water navy is a must. We need to keep our vital shipping lanes safe and also safeguard our critical oil supplies, most of which comes via ships. I was just making an observation :)

Lockheed Martin / Northrop Grumman briefing on F-16IN Super Viper AESA radar

Without any intention to offend you, the cost will be 1.5-2 times Pakistan's defence budget. As Pakistan spends a larger portion of its money on the army as compared to India, such a deal will not be viable for Pakistan without piling up a huge amount o debt. This (army spending ratio) is...

Canada denies visa to Lt Gen (Retd) A S Bahia , again cites war crimes act.

Canada has the right to refuse entry to ANYONE it does not want. It does not matter if it is the Pope.

No, your ability to understand the press-release and the issue itself is blocked by your hatred for India. It is as if you suffer from a figurative plane-polarization phenomenon. Canada has deeply regretted the incident. That is as close to an apology as you are likely to get. It regretted the...

China warms up to India's claim for UN Security Council seat

I doubt this government's statements in this regard. They have put the wrong spin on the facts in the past and it is quite possible that they are doing the same this time too. Remember the Headley thing and how the goverment spokesperson tried to portray the plea-bargain agreement as good for...

HERE WE GO AGAIN DUMB CANNADIANS- Canada 'deeply regrets' visa row with India

While I am satisfied with this Canadian response, I think some action needs to be taken against the First Secretary (in the Canadian high commission) who wrote many of the offensive and insulting remarks. Either that person should be declared persona non grata or the Indian government should...

Canada denies visa to Lt Gen (Retd) A S Bahia , again cites war crimes act.

This is very true - Canada will very soon have more elderly people than children and the care of the elderly people is a hot topic there right now. India-Canada relations benefit both of us, and we don't need this unnecessary conflict because of the superiority complex of Canada's immigration...
