This map is wrong, please don't use it. It's a distorted version of this map which is more accurate since it actually comes from a genetic study (Rosenberg et al 2006):
The eastern Iranic people are a sub-group of the Iranic race. The only notable ethnicity present today that is considered eastern Iranic are the Pashtuns. Throughout history, there have been many eastern Iranic peoples scattered across Greater Iran, and even inhabiting places beyond it such as...

The way it goes is that Pashtun folk-lore says they're all descended from Qais Abdur Rashid, who came from Ghor province (Afghanistan) and is buried in the Suleiman mountains. Make of it what you will.
All of Pakistan is linked by blood. See my previous map, almost every Pakistanis is a mix of Eurasian and South Asian ancestry.
Why?
That theory is nonsense lol, the ancient Greeks have documented their interactions with the Pashtuns.
Because Pathans outside of historic Afghanistan (Afghanistan+KPK+Balochistan) are Pathans by patrilineage only. Most of them have mainly non-Pashtun ancestry.
You sure that dude's Kashmiri? I've seen his picture everywhere.
It comes from Rosenberg 2006, here's a link:

Your thought is wrong, most of their ancestry is north-west Iranic + SA. They will have some eastern Iranic in them because (as you rightly said) they do share some tribal names with the Pashtuns, but not too much. Most eastern Iranics assimilated became Pashtun (another eastern Iranic group) or...
They are genetically and linguistically north-western Iranics. Some Baloch are dark (mainly Brahuis), others are light skinned. They are different from Punjabis and Sindhis in the sense that they have less dark-skinned and more light skinned people among them.
