It seems that Raad is based on Buk M2 but In fact it's not a simple copy! It has many differences. It uses Iranian made Taer 2 missiles which differs the Russian one in many aspects. and probably its radar is different too.:whistle:

If you mean Air Launched Cruise Missiles; yes recently Iran has produced Meshkat medium range cruise missile and before that Iran has produced Qaem anti-ship cruise missile which can be carried by F-4s and Su-24s and probably by Mirage F1s
