Some of my afghani friends has pakistani CNICs. This thing was at peak during zardari era, however they told me that they gave bribes (about 60,000 pkr per person) to some army person in Islamabad.

In event of Pak-Afghan war afghan refugees will be biggest problem for pakistan. They are already spread across pakistan and with coordination with afghan intelligence etc they can do some bad stuff. I think pakistan should deport afghan refugees as soon as possible.
