Not sure if you're aware of this but Islamic Caliphate ended in 1922 and no Muslim nation has tried to revive it, not even Saudi Arabia.
I don't think Pakistanis, Afghans, Bangladeshis, etc. want their country to become part of an Islamic Empire that has a capital in some other part of the world.
China had specifically requested from Pakistan they did not want any competition for these projects and contracts under CPEC must be awarded to China. Pakistan, (really desperate at that time and looking for way out of War on Terror) said fair enough, as long as the debilitating loadshedding...
$28 billion worth of CPEC projects already completed. Done and dusted. Enemies of Pakistan couldn't stop them.
More projects will be signed one after the other upon completion of projects currently in progress, taking the Chinese investment to $150 billion in a few years.
Alhamdulillah, thank you brothers for reminding us.
I had almost lost hope Pakistan will ever export these since the first JF-17 Thunder flew in Pakistani skies 11 long, hard years ago all the way back in March 2007.
Shukar Alhamdulillah
Pakistan is a peace loving nation, it does not meddle in the affairs of other nations.
Neither Saudi Arabia nor Turkey have requested Pakistani intervention, assistance in the unfortunate death of the journalist.
Pakistan must be ready to secure Saudi Arabia should its enemies try to create a civil war within the Kingdom.
Pakistan can't allow Saudi Arabia to fall in the hands of the enemy as there are 3 million Pakistanis resident in the Kingdom.
This sounds interesting. Imagine the missile proliferation and huge military advancements in third world countries as a direct result of rivalry between the US and China.
