As to my knowledge T14 Armata is not on the export market yet. Also its not a proven one yet. As we also buy only a Few at a time, Russia would not be very interested either.

I thought BD had a good chance with MBT 3000. But in a PK forum its said that Pakistan amry was not satisfied with their MBT 3000 given by the Chinese for testing. They choose T99.. type instead.

Negotiations are mentioned to be in 2017 with the likely procurement in 2018. Although T90 MS is a really awesome one...given its proven battle-tested Russian platform.
