Allo paratha with red raita is a popular dish in Karachi, often served for lunch. Red raita is simple to make, just add salt and red chili powder to the curd and mix it well. Adding boiled potato or boiled arvi (tayer) and roasted zeera (cumin) will give it a very exotic flavor.

Friends requested me to cook a traditional Pakistani dinner so this is what I made; - Kadhi - Besan ki roti - Baigan ka bhurta - Tali hui paplet (pomfret) machli - Khushka - Jhinga massala - Coconut ki chutney
