I can't say anything about hollow-points. I don't know tem very well. But one think ı'm sure that they are not suitable to military & LE use because of their low muzzle velocity and penetration power. Same as the 9mm sub-sonic ammo. It's much more effective than 5.56 or 7.62 in close distance...
