I am not Turkish but I dont think they can for at least probably 2 decades. Chinese struggled on theirs for about the same time and have much more experience then the Turks and large budget and population.
I read that, and so are the Erieye and Globaleye in VHF L band but apparantly they were of little help to find F-22 in exercises. I will link some articles if you want.
But alas India will always have inferior fifth gen fighters compared to American/Western unless they somehow get the F-35 so...
Eye of the beholder, Some recognize LNA and some recognize GNA. Same in Suria some recognize Assad and some recognize rebels. Stop being hypocritical about "international recognition"
He is recognized by UN, what do you mean? He literally has diplomats in UN. You directly funded the rebels against Assad who is internationally recognized.
Maybe, but when you factor in stealth is optimized for X band search radars you will have no luck detecting the stealth aircraft at all. It is just a theory, not sure how good it is though.
